At Scheurklip Farm House there are a lot of spots for bird viewing. We are located next to the Eskom nature reserve area, with loads of wetland areas. You can go on walks but there are no walking trails that are marked out.

The following birds in our area:
Bush Blackcap, Denham’s Bustard, Jackal Buzzard, Grey Crowned Crane, Martial Eagle, Lanner Falcon, Red-footed Falcon, African Marsh Harrier, Pallid Harrier, Southern Ground-hornbill, Blue Korhaan, Botha’s Lark, and more.
