More about the club:

Dolphin Coast Bird Club was founded in 2000 for birding enthusiasts in the Dolphin Coast Area. The club is about enjoying birds and birding in a learning environment, and membership is by family to reinforce the enjoyment for the whole family. The club has grown from a dozen founder members to a number of 60 families.

The birding activities are based around a monthly outing to a local venue, normally on the third Saturday of the month, talk evenings on the first Wednesday of the month, and at least one away weekend each year. Visitors are welcome to club events.

The club endorses citizen science birding, especially atlassing and CWAC events.
